(DTC) BV Land Joint Stock Company (stock code BVL – UPCoM) has just announced its financial report for the second quarter of 2021.

Accordingly, in the second quarter of 2021, BV Land achieved revenue of 175.7 billion VND, up 159.5% over the same period last year.

During this period, financial revenue recorded a strong increase. On the other hand, financial expenses, selling expenses, and administrative expenses all increased. As a result, the company’s profit after tax reached 7.7 billion VND; an increase of 56 times compared to the same period in 2020.

Accumulated in the first 6 months of the year, BV Land brought in 284.9 billion VND in revenue and 9.8 billion VND in profits after tax, increasing by 2.2 times and 3.9 times respectively over the same period.

In 2021, BV Land aims to achieve 671 billion VND in consolidated revenue and 22 billion VND in profit after tax, up 215% in revenue and 720% in profit compared to the previous year.

BV Land said that in 2021, the business will continue to develop the Diamond Hill BV project – a high-class complex with commercial and service functions and apartments in Bac Giang and Lac Ngan BV urban area in Phu Tho.

Up to now, the Diamond Hill BV project has completed the foundation and basement constructions and is urgently implementing the construction of the base block and the body. It is expected that Diamond Hill BV will be topped out on schedule at the end of 2021 and handed over to customers in the third quarter of 2022.

Also in the last second quarter, BV Land also officially put BVL shares on the UPCoM market. Closing session on July 23, BVL stock stood at 23,900 VND/share.
